The Sunrise News is not liable for any occurrences at any events submitted to their calendar.
The Sunrise News is not responsible for any actions or communications taken by event organizers.
The Sunrise News is not liable for the actions of anyone who discovered an event through the event calendar.
If an event is canceled, it is the responsibility of the event organizer who originally posted the event to make that clear to attendees. The Sunrise News staff must be notified in a reasonable amount of time in order to assist in updating the event to represent the cancellation.
The Sunrise News does not offer refunds for organizers who have cancellations. Events may, however, be rescheduled free of additional charge.
If an event is rescheduled, reach out to us directly so that we can confirm the reschedule, and we will update the event for you.
The Sunrise News has the right to raise the price of subscriptions for customers. Any changes must be announced at least one financial quarter before they will come into effect.
The Sunrise News reserves the right to remove events from its calendar.
In the event that an event is removed, the submitter will be informed of why and given the opportunity to submit a replacement event.
The Sunrise News reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Notice will be provided.
